The focus for them is to ensure that you get a high quality build, whether it’s the cut on site frame, which I really wanted, to the inclusions, which are definitely above the standard inclusions on a normal build, to ensuring that the tradespeople they use are of the highest standard.
Designing & building with Bannerman Homes (formerly Bardane Homes)  was truly a collaborative process without which I don’t think we would have ended up with the truly amazing outcome we did. Nothing was ever too difficult from those last minute brilliant ideas like adding an integrated fish tank to backlit marble in the kitchen island, which weren’t in the plan, to working with the pool builder or the A/V company.
I always think that the real test is what the reaction is what your family & friends say when they see it, and in this case it was just one word, ‘wow’.
